AZ Sanders arrived at my home on a Sunday at 6:45 p.m., and just left. The repair didn’t take long, and AZ was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. My place is already cooler, thankfully, since the heat index today was 105. Fox has high prices, but also always provides excellent service (AZ was no exception). Because of this, they are frequently worth the price, that is, if you want the job done on time and correctly.

Sam Efe was at my house after a 1-¼ hour drive, notifying me very soon after my A/C service order that he was on his way and how long it would take. It was around 10 PM on a Saturday night, and the next day heat index was to be 110, so I was very relieved. He was very courteous, no fuss...just went about his business. Because the part was fairly expensive, he told me that upfront. Before I knew it, my A/C was again blowing cool air. Sam was great!
