My water heater ran out on Thanksgiving Day :/. Called Fox Service Customer and they had Shawn Dunlap come over in less than an hour. He did a phenomenal job diagnosing the issue, recommended the replacement parts, and came back out a couple days later after the parts arrived to resolve the issue.
The Fox team are very easy to reach, communicates efficiently, and very professional. I highly recommend them for any plumbing, heating, or electrical service jobs in the Austin, Leander area.
