Owen was great! He called before arriving (as promised) and asked more questions about the AC problem. He was able to diagnose the problem correctly and have the tools and equipment with him. AZ Sanders arrived at my home on a Sunday at 6:45 p.m., and just left. The repair didn’t take long, and AZ was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. My place is already cooler, thankfully, since the heat index today was 105. Fox has high prices, but also always provides excellent service (AZ was no exception). Because of this, they are frequently worth the price, that is, if you want the job done on time and correctly.
